At Stax Music Academy we believe anyone can have natural talent but it’s through practice and discipline that one can be transformed from good to great. Music is hard work. It’s a craft to be perfected upon everyday. No great musician was made overnight. Volunteer

Are you a professional musician? Volunteer to offer a complimentary lesson via Skype to an SMA student. Contact to learn more about how you can offer your expertise to help a young musician.

SMA Student Resources

The SMA Practice Challenge allows SMA students to raise dollars to support the program. Students are encouraged to ask family and friends to sponsor them during the Challenge. Supporters can pledge a total amount for the month of practice or offer a dollar amount towards each day of practice. Students will keep a log of practice time.
