How to Get Involved:
To be eligible for the Music Employs program, you must meet the following requirements:
- GPA: Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.25.
- Grade Level: Be in grades 5-12 or be an adult learner.
- Advanced Production Student: Be enrolled in advanced production courses.
- Application Process: Complete the application, interview, and essay requirements.
- Pre-Assessment: Pass required pre-assessments.
- Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in each level of the program.
- Graduation Requirements: Be on track to meet Tennessee State Graduation Requirements (for high school students).
- Resume and Recommendations: Submit a completed resume and two letters of recommendation.
- Schedule Flexibility: Be able to commit to a flexible schedule.
- Attendance: Maintain consistent attendance.
- Parental Consent: Obtain parental consent (for minors).
- Background Check: Complete a background check (for non-school-age students).
- Good Behavior: Maintain a good behavior record.
- Transportation: Have reliable transportation.
